Small-batch wines shaped by Okanagan Valley terroir — grown, fermented, and poured with intention at every turn.
Bear & Beau was born from a simple belief: that great wine doesn't need a fancy facade — it needs the right soil, the right hands, and the patience to let nature lead. Nestled along the shores of Lake Wenatchee in Manson, our estate sits at the intersection of volcanic earth and glacial water, a microclimate that rewards every vine with complexity and character.
We produce in modest quantities so we can maintain obsessive attention to detail — from pruning in late winter to the final blend months before bottling. Every bottle carries the fingerprint of this place: bright, grounded, and unmistakably Pacific Northwest.
Each varietal is a conversation between varietal and terroir — no shortcuts, no compromises.
Crisp citrus opening with a flinty finish. Grown on the slopes above the lake, this wine captures the cool mornings and warm afternoons of the Okanagan Valley.
Our signature pour. Dark cherry, cocoa, and a whisper of cedar. Aged 14 months in French oak — it asks for nothing but time at the table.
Structured and serious. Blackcurrant, tobacco leaf, and a backbone of firm tannins. Built for cellaring — or for tonight if you're patient.
Full lineup available at our tasting room or by reservation.
